This was our first service with Cascade Pest Control. Scott was punctual, professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment. The after report had additional recommendations on how we could potentially lower spider exposure going forward, and the option to move to a recurring treatment plan was…
Both representatives were very polite and responsive. The guy in charge offered to look at my service package and recommend a way to go forward that would include some indoor work. He got that information back to me as soon as he was in an area with better cell reception
I appreciate it the time that Michael spent walking through, looking at my property and reviewing what services they could provide. I had general questions, and he answered everything very clearly for me. Handing over the routine spray for spiders, monitoring for pests etc. is a relief as I’ve purchased so many…

Always glad to see Jack every month. Since before covid he has kept us safe and sound in our house, garage and yard. Thanks Jack and Cascade Pest Control.
Michael is always so friendly and helpful! I love his care and concern for the health of my home but also you can tell he loves Insects and does what he can to protect them.
I had such a wonderful experience with Chelsey from EcoShield Pest Solutions today. From the moment she arrived she was warm, friendly, and approachable which instantly made me feel at ease. She explained everything so clearly and it was obvious how knowledgeable she is about all types of bugs and the best ways to…
Great guy to talk to about pests and just friendly enough to have a sound honest relationship with when thing come up. Mike takes the time to talk about the pests and goes above and beyond to make the bugs go bye- bye. We use his services quarterly. Thanks Mike.
Reliable, thorough, professional. Michael Meyer is a superb technician: professional, congenial, takes time to explain things very clearly.
Cascade Pest Control does a great job controlling rodents and insects on my property. I was unavailable this morning, but Jack's report was thorough.
The communication is great from start to finish.
They always let me know what they are seeing around the house and they respond immediately to any requests for extra treatments.

The technician, Allen, is very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He willingly shares information with me and offers useful advice. He is very, very, thorough with his inspections and treatments. The office staff is also very pleasant and always respond to my needs when I call to reschedule, or for additional treatment. Outstanding customer service!
Joseph is always so thorough.
Great service from Cascade! Been using them now for a few years and have been very pleased with them!
I have used Cascade Pest for 4 years now. I have had the same technician the entire time. If I'm home he always checks in with me. Very thorough, brushes under all the eaves, sprays, checks and resets traps. Have never had a problem with pests or rodents since. They are always on time and courteous. I highly recommend them!
We have used Cascade Pest Control for many years, and have always had a positive experience with their technicians. We especially appreciate the fact that the chemicals they use are eco-friendly -- That is very important to us!
