Cascade has been our pest control provider for many years, and have always done a wonderful job!
Michael was great!! So helpful and accommodating! I really appreciate him!
Charley and Devon are incredible. As someone who rents in Seattle, it’s been difficult to find and affordable place to live. Very thankful for the home we are renting now and it’s very VERY old and we have had a challenge with pests since we moved in 5 years ago. After trying Aptive, we moved to Cascade and we…
Great technicians, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Professional and courteous.
I appreciate it the time that Michael spent walking through, looking at my property and reviewing what services they could provide. I had general questions, and he answered everything very clearly for me. Handing over the routine spray for spiders, monitoring for pests etc. is a relief as I’ve purchased so many…
The person that comes to my home is efficient & personable. He is knowledable & always able to answer my questions

Sakhom was great - kind, personable, and communicated our issues clearly. After each visit he went over what he discovered, how he resolved it, and provided guidance for the future. High recommended!
Jack is the best and we appreciate his great service
Appreciate Scott keeping me updated and thinking creatively about solutions
Amy is very pleasant and friendly. I trust that Amy will do the job and do it right the first time.
Jackson was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
Cascade has been taking care of our bugs (by which I mean, showing them the door!) for several years. They are reliable, thorough, polite, and efficient. Our technician, Dante, is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Cascade!
Dante was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Performed a very thorough inspection around the perimeter of the house, in crawl space, and attic looking for signs of mice and rats. Laid a few traps at potential problem areas. Would recommend 100%
Always reliable—expert/ courteous. I recommend them.
Detail oriented. I was happy with his work.
Had a great quarterly service today from Joe Shell. With it being spider season I appreciated the extra time he took to get rid of ALL the spider web messes, and there were ALOT! He was very detailed and didn’t miss anything and did some preventative spraying too. My house looks like it just got washed! Highly…
Dante was friendly, professional and efficient! He was super kind to my dog and toddler (who is very shy). Looking forward to working with him again!
Always glad to see Jack every month. Since before covid he has kept us safe and sound in our house, garage and yard. Thanks Jack and Cascade Pest Control.
very polite, efficient, 5 stars
Great technician. Thorough job.
Great guy to talk to about pests and just friendly enough to have a sound honest relationship with when thing come up. Mike takes the time to talk about the pests and goes above and beyond to make the bugs go bye- bye. We use his services quarterly. Thanks Mike.

We've used Cascade Pest Control for a number of years and have always been happy with their service and quality of work.
I love the service, they are professional and friendly. They always provide detailed answers to my questions. They come and do their job as scheduled. I would not switch to another company though I get offers all the time.
Always friendly and professional
These folks are very nice and efficient but This service is very expensive for just filling bait boxes.
Cascade Pest Control wonderful. They have greatly reduced the number of critters around the house.
Their ant program has worked for us for 3 years. Very responsive and professional.

The technician, Allen, is very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He willingly shares information with me and offers useful advice. He is very, very, thorough with his inspections and treatments. The office staff is also very pleasant and always respond to my needs when I call to reschedule, or for additional treatment. Outstanding customer service!

Jason answers all the questions, provides resources and options, and is respectful of the property and the wildlife we do want around. Super nice, too!
The worker is amazing wish I could HIRE him
We have received pest control service from Cascade for over ten years. They are an exceptional business to deal with. We've never had any complaints, only praise. Their employees are all responsive and helpful. Scheduling is easy and our service man, Joseph, has always been on time. He has always been…
Technician very thorough. Was able to answer questions we had. Very responsive. We have used Cascade for over 12 years. They are excellent in all ways.
I live in a neighbourhood that has used this company with consistency and confidence for a long time; so, when I wanted to change companies I did so to Cascade and have been very pleased. One of the draws is that the company is local and there is not turnover in personal beyond one person taking over for another when needed.
Great attention to detail, efficient time use, very courteous technician. Can't say enough great things!
Great job keeping our rodent population under control. Morgan is always friendly and lets us know the status of our bait stations and traps.
I appreciate their professionalism. I can trust that they'll show up and do a good job inspecting the property.
