Michael was great!! So helpful and accommodating! I really appreciate him!
Charley and Devon are incredible. As someone who rents in Seattle, it’s been difficult to find and affordable place to live. Very thankful for the home we are renting now and it’s very VERY old and we have had a challenge with pests since we moved in 5 years ago. After trying Aptive, we moved to Cascade and we…
Great technicians, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Professional and courteous.
I appreciate it the time that Michael spent walking through, looking at my property and reviewing what services they could provide. I had general questions, and he answered everything very clearly for me. Handing over the routine spray for spiders, monitoring for pests etc. is a relief as I’ve purchased so many…

Cascade has been taking care of our bugs (by which I mean, showing them the door!) for several years. They are reliable, thorough, polite, and efficient. Our technician, Dante, is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Cascade!
Dante was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Performed a very thorough inspection around the perimeter of the house, in crawl space, and attic looking for signs of mice and rats. Laid a few traps at potential problem areas. Would recommend 100%

Detail oriented. I was happy with his work.
Had a great quarterly service today from Joe Shell. With it being spider season I appreciated the extra time he took to get rid of ALL the spider web messes, and there were ALOT! He was very detailed and didn’t miss anything and did some preventative spraying too. My house looks like it just got washed! Highly…

Great technician. Thorough job.
Great guy to talk to about pests and just friendly enough to have a sound honest relationship with when thing come up. Mike takes the time to talk about the pests and goes above and beyond to make the bugs go bye- bye. We use his services quarterly. Thanks Mike.
