I had such a wonderful experience with Chelsey from EcoShield Pest Solutions today. From the moment she arrived she was warm, friendly, and approachable which instantly made me feel at ease. She explained everything so clearly and it was obvious how knowledgeable she is about all types of bugs and the best ways to…
All great experiences with Greg! Fabulous service from Willow!
Courteous service people, good notice beforehand of when the service will be performed. Fairly high turnover in personnel.
they have done an excellent job.
Great service. Been using cascade for years.
Greg is the BEST!!! Excellent as always 🙂
Great guy to talk to about pests and just friendly enough to have a sound honest relationship with when thing come up. Mike takes the time to talk about the pests and goes above and beyond to make the bugs go bye- bye. We use his services quarterly. Thanks Mike.
The Technician, as usual, arrived and did his work efficiently and effectively, both outside and inside my house (attic+Crawl Space). Suggestion: Please Schedule future visits with a Morning or Afternoon Window of arrival, rather than a Day of arrival. (for me, at least)
Reliable, thorough, professional. Michael Meyer is a superb technician: professional, congenial, takes time to explain things very clearly.
Good job.
Cascade is always professional and communicative. I've recommended them to others.
Cascade Pest Control does a great job controlling rodents and insects on my property. I was unavailable this morning, but Jack's report was thorough.
Great job is done each time they come to load the bait stations or pick up something out of a trap. Technicians are friendly and highly competent! Michael is the best!
Most dependable & personal customer service ever! You won’t find a better company out there, TRUST ME ON THAT!
Very thorough and informs clients if they notice something that needs to be addressed. In our case, we had a small water leak under the house our tech reported.

Great job.
Cascade Pest Control (Larry) provides thorough and efficient work!
These folks are very nice and efficient but This service is very expensive for just filling bait boxes.

Cascade Pest Control wonderful. They have greatly reduced the number of critters around the house.

Always professional. Satisfied customers!
We use this company bi-monthly because we had rat problems under the house and on our property. They have done an excellent job keeping the rat problem under control, and no more under the house. They are very expensive, but they give us peace of mind.
Joseph is always so thorough.
Great service from Cascade! Been using them now for a few years and have been very pleased with them!
I have used Cascade Pest for 4 years now. I have had the same technician the entire time. If I'm home he always checks in with me. Very thorough, brushes under all the eaves, sprays, checks and resets traps. Have never had a problem with pests or rodents since. They are always on time and courteous. I highly recommend them!
Efficient and professional
Thorough and got the job done! In comes Cascade Pest Control and without hesitation, Allen went above and beyond…

Great company to work with. They took care of my mice problem and keep the bugs and spiders at bay.
I had a rodent problem in my attic that’s why I hired them so I had 4 services a year- they showed up at my house yesterday and said they didn’t have time to check the traps in the attic and just sprayed the outside of my house for 5 minutes and charged me $154 and they never addressed the problem that I hired them…
Very knowledgeable tech. Explained in detail the service provided. He gave me the pros and cons of regular preventive plan. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Well above average customer service. Well done.
I live in a neighbourhood that has used this company with consistency and confidence for a long time; so, when I wanted to change companies I did so to Cascade and have been very pleased. One of the draws is that the company is local and there is not turnover in personal beyond one person taking over for another when needed.
Evan and all other associates are always so nice, reassuring, polite, and capable---really appreciate their ongoing service and professionalism.
They are always professional and friendly when they come. Best group of staff, no matter who they send.
Great job keeping our rodent population under control. Morgan is always friendly and lets us know the status of our bait stations and traps.
