The Technician, as usual, arrived and did his work efficiently and effectively, both outside and inside my house (attic+Crawl Space). Suggestion: Please Schedule future visits with a Morning or Afternoon Window of arrival, rather than a Day of arrival. (for me, at least)

I live in a neighbourhood that has used this company with consistency and confidence for a long time; so, when I wanted to change companies I did so to Cascade and have been very pleased.
