Excellent service on my Yamaha 150 outboard. He came to my boat well prepared to perform the service. He was very responsive and explained what he was doing and why. Highly recommend Casey for outboard motor service.
Casey did an excellent job fixing the problem with my Suzuki engine. He worked very efficiently and his charges were very reasonable. He responded very quickly compared to taking my boat to a repair shop which usually takes weeks to get repairs performed. I would recommend Casey with no hesitation if you need a top notch mechanic for your boat.
I thought I had a major fuel issue with my boat after sitting for a while. Casey Was willing to come do what I thought it was in a heartbeat but wanted me to try a couple things first before I wasted my money. It worked and I’m back on the water! That’s good honest service right there ! highly recommended!!
Great service, reliable, and very knowledgeable. We had an issue our boat motor. Casey responded quickly, he then diagnosed and fixed our issue within a half hour. We are so thankful!
Great advice on my Yamaha 30hp outboard.
My outboard wouldn't start. After trying all electrical issues, Casey recommended it could be the neutral safety. The shifter was in neutral, but it wasn't engaging the safety spot. After working the throttle, I found the sweet spot. All diagnosed over the phone, and was spot on.
Very helpful by phone to keep us going & enjoying our vacation! Would definitely call him again!
Here visiting on vacation. Have run out boat all weekend and into the week. Went out this morning to start it, turns over but will not start, has a long beeper after that takes forever to stop. Called Casey's and the gentleman that answered, walked us through a few things, fixed it over the phone. He offered to check it for us and meet this afternoon if we could not get it going. Highly recommend this company, very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to problem solved!
Highly recommend, purchased a boat 4 hours away from my home and wanted a pre purchase inspection before I made the drive to purchase. Casey was responsive, on time and honest, the seller even mentioned his professionalism. He checked every part of the boat and was well accustomed to the specific outboard brand, Suzuki, on the boat. He was able to hook up his computer to check the hours with ease. Fair pricing 5 stars all around!
I communicated with Casey because my Yamaha 70 hp four stroke would turn over sometimes but other times it would just “click.” He texted me back within a few hours with the diagnosis (starter relay) and the link to Boats.net with the part number. I ordered the part and installed it within 15 minutes. Now the motor fires up every time. Casey didn’t have to do that. He could’ve came out and charged me a service charge. I will use Casey for all my maintenance or repair needs. Thank you for your honesty and integrity!
