They were extremely professional in every manner of the word. They showed up on time, kept to schedule, did outstanding work, and were much lower than other bids. They handled all of the Power Company coordination and had the City inspection set like clockwork. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them for any residential work. John jas a great team with him and the online booking as well as payment could not have made this whole thing any easier!

John was amazing! I had him install a Tesla charging station for my daughter’s garage. He was very responsive. No run around. Got out to her house and had it installed within a few days (including providing the charger for her). Helped me choose the most cost efficient way to get it installed. Everything went smooth and great! It’s so hard to find good and reliable help these days. I appreciate John so much!!

Braydin from Castle Electrical was phenomenal. He explained everything from start to finish and even showed me how to use the EV charger he installed. He was on time and efficient and very knowledgeable. Also, John, owner of the company was very communicative and helped me identify which type of charger I should purchase. I recommend Castle to everyone. I will absolutely use them again. 5 stars.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Braydin and the experience I had with Castle Electrical. He came out to install my Tesla Wall Connector, and this may honestly have been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company. From the moment he arrived, Braydin was exceptionally professional, charismatic, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. More importantly, his level of knowledge and expertise was immediately obvious. He explained everything clearly, was completely transparent about what he was doing and why, answered every question I had with confidence, and made the entire process effortless. The quality and efficiency of his work were equally impressive. He worked incredibly quickly without ever seeming rushed, and the installation was completed far faster than I expected while still being done with an obvious level of care and skill. Watching someone who clearly knows their craft that well is impressive in itself. There’s good customer service, and then there are rare experiences where someone is so outstanding at their job that you genuinely feel compelled to leave a review afterward. This was absolutely the latter. Braydin is an incredible representative for Castle Electrical. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, transparent, and exceptionally skilled — I genuinely don’t know what more you could ask for. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I would recommend Braydin and Castle Electrical without hesitation to absolutely anyone needing electrical work. If management reads these reviews: you have an exceptional employee in Braydin. Give this guy the recognition he deserves!!
