A technician came to install a new garage opener for us contracted through Home Depot. The technician took it upon himself to rip off the sticker on my garage door of the company who originally installed the door. Why? Oh because your business is going out of business? This is what was told to my husband as the tech told me my door wouldn't last past September because there is a small crack. Then tried to sell us a new door with $500 off because he only has two doors left. At this point IDK if this guy is a complete lier or just a scammer. Regardless of how you feel you had no right defacing my property. Horrible business I will be contacting the BBB. You should be going out of business if this is how you conduct yourself.

I'm sorry but the tech says that he did not notice any stickers nor did he remove any stickers from your door. We are liquidating our old inventory and we are offering a $500 dollar discount for these doors. Depending on your door size we do have many doors on discount. The tech did say that there is a large crack in the door that will most likely cause the door to fall in on itself before to much longer.
Scott installed the door I needed and a price and lead time that beat the big box stores! I highly recommend you have him come out and give your garage door needs a look. Buy local!

Not happy the genie door opener does not work and no one will can Ian at home depot to let him know so yall can take it down for a replacement

We are subcontractors for Home Depot and have to follow their system for any replacements. They eventually did provide the new opener and we did install it as soon as it was available. We work hard to provide exception care to all customers even Home Depot.

Castle installed a new garage door for me and did a great job. Scott (the owner) was very thorough at explaining the options that were available and what he thought would work best for my garage/house. He also coordinated with another contractor to install metal around my door frame as the existing wood frame was in need of repair. That turned out great too and should last many years. Scott also discussed garage door maintenance with me after the installation. I highly recommend Castle Garage Doors for any garage door need you have.
