Customers frequently praise the company for rapid response times, competitive pricing, and clear communication throughout the roofing process. Many reviewers highlight the thoroughness of repairs and replacements, noting that crews often complete work quickly and leave properties clean. However, some lower-rated reviews cite concerns about high costs for minor services, unresolved leaks after repairs, and instances of unprofessional behavior or lack of follow-up on estimates.

Castle Roofing performed repairs to my roof's valley. They made good on their promise to problem solve and repaired my roof. Like any roof repair, only after a rain will we know if the repair was good or not.
Castle did a great job with my roof repair and roof replacement. It was the lowest price I found. They clean it up so well you would never know they were here.
Quick response, easy to deal with, competitive and good quality work by the same person who did the initial inspection. Did what was needed without attempts to increase the scope of work or to Nickel and Dime.

This is my 2nd roof done by Castle in the past 10 years. I got quotes from 4 roofing g companies and Castle was very competitive and did not waste an hour of my time getting me a quote. There was just fast, friendly, competent service. The roof is complete and was done in a day and I have a very large roof. Everything was great and I highly recommend Castle.

Gave me a free estimate based on free roof inspection. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, just the repairs and preventative maintenance that was necessary. Great company, fair price.
