Professional, pay attention to detail, clean work, reasonable.
Had my 2023 Hyundai Palisade PPF wrapped and Ceramic Pro coated both insides and out including wheels. The results were stunning. The people at Castro Oasis are the consummate professionals . The staff is very friendly and pay close attention to every detail. When my clients get in my car they are very complementary…
Castro is an un-rushed quality experience for the true car enthusiasts. They 100% kept me up-to-date every step of the way even through some major repairs, multiple vehicles. They take pride in their service and it’s noticeable above the rest.
I will preface this review by saying if I could give Castro 10 stars I would. I have always cleaned my own vehicles because I’m a perfectionist when it comes to the cleanliness of my truck inside and out. The staff at Castro is so good at what they do, I don’t bother to clean my truck anymore. I’ve been using the…
FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG! I was finally able to get my 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum detailed. I chose the Mamba package with paint correction as it had been a couple years since it has been garaged and definitely needed the attention. I am beyond ecstatic as to how spectacular it came out. It looks like it did the…
got a full detail and paint correction done and am very pleased with how it came out! Best car wash i’ve been to as far as professionalism and attention to details. Highly reccomend visiting Castro Oasis!
My car has never looked better! The window tint and ceramic pro services were amazing, and even when I brought it back thinking I’d have to replace the film on one of my windows due to scratches (from a passenger) they were able to get out most of the scratch! The hand washes are phenomenal as well. Their services…
Castro Oasis is the best! Awesome, precision work. We had three cars detailed with Ceramic Pro and all were done to perfection. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We checked around but decided on Castro Oasis. You should go nowhere else!! (And yes we are Jeep lovers)
I had a great experience with Luis at Castro Oasis. He went above and beyond to help me with my vehicles. He was very professional, both cars came out amazing, I highly recommend taking your car there.
Louis and the crew at Castro Oasis did a fantastic job detailing my dads 2015 Silverado 1500 ltz. My dad had chose to get an exterior detail with the 3 step paint correction and the 6month coverage of ceramic pro. What a difference!!!! The truck looks brand new!!!!! Not to mention that when we picked up the truck…
Luis and his team did a full detail on my fathers truck and applied ceramic pro onto my Honda accord. Their work and professionalism has been nothing short of top notch. The exterior of my vehicle looks better than brand new after there work and my fathers truck has him feeling like his interior is brand new. I…
I was looking for a new place to get a good detail for my car because I was not to happy with the services performed on another place. Castro Oasis was on my way to go down town West Haven, I decide to stop by and take a look about their services and prices. Jonathan gave me tour for the shop and show me some of the…
Excellent job done interior and exterior detailing! Staff is professional and friendly. My 10 year old car looks new and no longer smells like smoke after the ozone treatment! Thank you Castro Oasis!
Amazing service, amazing people, I would not go anywhere else
The staff is very professional and friendly. I took my car to be washed and I have continued taking the car now the windows are tinted and it looks very nice. I highly recommend Oasis Car wash excellent job.
Absolutely worth the wash & detail on our 2011 Toyota Avalon, so friendly and go above and beyond with their customer service!
Lois was very knowledgeable and courteous, responsive.I had my 2018 Rav 4 done with the ceramic coating.Came out excellent, a professional job. They even went beyond the scope of work and cleaned my interior. This car wash is a hidden gem,I highly recommend this business I will be back. Peter Lombardozzi
This is a great name for the business - it truly is an Oasis in the desert of inferior car washes. They do everything by hand here - that's right, no abrasive chemicals or damaging machines to be found. I spoke to the owner, Lou, who was both friendly and helpful. If you care about your car's finish at all - drive…
Wonderful group of people. Quality ceramic coating maintenance performed. But very important to me was how VERY friendly, accommodating, and conversing they all were. I do not return to places with poor customer service. Will be coming back to this place for sure.
I came to Castro Oasis on Friday for a car wash, after reading the other reviews, and was not disappointed at all! I can honestly say that the two employees both hand washed & hand dried my car better than I ever do myself. Thank you!! Will definitely be back again.
