Google reviewers highlight the venue's frequent live music performances, friendly staff, and casual atmosphere as primary draws. Customers note that cover charges vary and are sometimes cash-only, while drink prices like $15 cocktails draw criticism. Recurring complaints involve inconsistent enforcement of house rules, such as patrons being asked to leave shortly after entering or security interactions regarding bathroom usage.

It's a fairly small bar with a tiny stage for bands — they have live music at least every weekend. They charge a $5 cover when gets crowded.
Cool, casual little bar with a very local feel. We stopped in for a few drinks and some games, and they were getting set up for live music as we were leaving, which definitely added to the atmosphere.
Drinks were reasonably priced, the staff was friendly, and it felt like the kind of place people come back to regularly. They also had a dog inside, which was a fun touch. The bathrooms are definitely tiny, but that’s about the only thing that really stood out as a downside.
Overall, a laid-back spot with a good vibe. I’d stop in again.
First time visiting this bar. Saturday night, GREAT cover band, SUPER great staff - all of the bartenders are kind, approachable, and really seem to enjoy where they work. Tony was extra cool. The atmosphere is dope. Diverse, really cool crowd. Gives Madam’s Organ (DC) vibes. Loved it and will definitely go back.
