I definitely recommend Catering by Brenda for any of your catering needs!! We hired Brenda and her amazing team for my wedding this summer, and I had many guests say it was the BEST food they've EVER had! Brenda has a wide selection of foods to choose from that can suit anyone's tastes or preferences. They are accommodating to requests and dietary concerns (allergies, preferences, vegan etc). I'm happy to say I ate on my wedding day and I'm soo glad I did! The food was astounding and beautifully set up. All guests were happy and full 😊

Brenda was the caterer for my wedding. Her Selection was expansive and incredible. She was able to accommodate various dietary restriction for our guests. Service was top-notch from start to finish. My guests continue to rave about the Flank Steak and her Chimichurri Sauce. Chicken and Waffles during cocktail hours were out of this world!! Highly Recommend Brenda and her team for anyone looking for professional service, responsive communication and world-class food.

Catering by Brenda Carter exceeded our expectation for my daughter’s bridal shower. The food was outstanding, with every item clearly homemade and prepared with exceptional care and attention to detail. The brunch spread was incredible - from the delicious homemade quiche and creative hashbrowns bar to the amazing sausage sweet pepper and cheese, peach preserves and brie, and mushroom, cheddar sweet onion stuffed baguettes. The homemade Belgian waffles served with warm syrup were a guest favorite and perfectly complimented the menu. The charcuterie board was truly unforgettable and beautifully presented, filled with a wonderful variety of flavors, and a showpiece that impressed everyone. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was! If you’re looking for a caterer who delivers exceptional quality, creativity, and delicious homemade cuisine, I highly recommend Catering by Brenda Carter. We can't wait to see and taste the menu for the wedding.

Everything was presented beautifully. Our menu selections were delicious. Brenda was most helpful in assisting me with menu choices for my daughter's bridal shower. Brenda was prompt with her response to emails . Food delivery was on time the day of shower. I will definitely recommend Brenda to anyone looking for a quality caterer.

Brenda and her team provided wonderful food for a post-wedding celebration for 40 just two days after Christmas (without much notice)! We loved the Mediterranean Mezzo table and grazing board with a large variety of charcuterie. We had great choices for the buffet dinner and selected options to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements and preferences. Our guests commented on how delicious the food was, and they appreciated that it was so healthy as well. A special thank-you to our server, Pam, who made sure the buffet was refreshed and the party flowed smoothly. I wish I had thought to take photos of the buffet, but at least I have one of the appetizer table so you can see how beautiful the presentation was.
