Carlos at Cavalry was amazing. He always goes above and beyond. He gives great recommendations for hair treatments and haircuts. I always go back with an extremely nice haircut and an amazing time chatting with him. The salon also is very close to the dupont metro so getting there is very easy. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend. I asked for layers and got a blunt cut. My daughter asked for bangs and color—she didn’t get either. Her stylist split time between her and another client, and an inexperienced colorist did partial color work. The salon is cramped, smells like mold and BO and had a dog roaming around. Disappointing experience esp for the cost.

Carlos Reyes is a balayage god! My hair always looks amazing and it can grow out for months while still looking perfect.
