I called another company and they came out and quoted over a thousand dollars... stating I needed to upgrade cables, springs, etc... Called and talked with Chris... he talked me through how to get the garage door open that night so I could get out and came the next day and fixed spring and sprocket less than $400. Great guy. Would highly recommend him and his company!!

My experience with Chris was nothing short of spectacular! My torsion spring broke yesterday at 6pm and he had me all fixed up by 930am today. When he arrived, he quickly examined my garage door and gave me a few options for how to fix it. He wanted to make sure I was making an educated decision. Afterwards, he got to work and had my garage door up and running in about 45 minutes. Once finished, he even took the time to show me how to care for the new components to ensure they last longer than the original did. I will absolutely be giving Chris a call in the future and referring him to anyone I know who needs garage repair. Thanks Chris!

The owner Chris is a consummate professional and highly skilled. His communications through the process to repair a broken spring on our door was excellent. He responded to my request immediately and within 24 hours we were back up and running. He's a local business in westerville and his pricing is much fairer than some of the larger corporate establishments. If you want the best at a fair price, Chris is your garage door guy!!
Chris and his team did a great job replacing a damaged door of ours. They matched the old style perfectly but also give us a slight upgrade to the door and were able to fit me in very quickly. They were both friendly and courteous and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.
Chris installed our door in Clintonville about 9 years ago and did a great job. Just had him back out to replace the weatherstripping that had been damaged this winter. Great company and highly recommend using then for the next time you need any work on your garage door or need a new one.

Great experience. I had a broken garage door spring. Chris came out on Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable. He explained everything as he went and even helped me fix a bit of trim that needed nailed back on. Highly recommend.
