Matt has been our technician for our last 3 visits. He is very thorough and patient when explaining the work he performed. CeeBee is a great company, we have used them for over 8 years. We continue to use them because they are honest and reliable and we value that very much. We purchase the maintenance plan which includes 2 services per year.
