Review from Google · view on GoogleUpon reading the reviews, I felt like this would be a safe place to have a screen replaced. Wow, was I wrong! Less than 2 weeks after repair, the screen was having issues with dark spots in the corners. The tech’s immediate response was to say it was physical damage on my part. If you knew the amount of coddling that this phone has been through since its repair, you would understand why this is absurd. He was unable to show me any damage, so the tech focused on excessive pressure that caused it. He blamed it on the case, but it was the same case that was on it before the repair with no issues of excessive pressure. This was obviously a well-scripted excuse by this company to not honor the 30-day Malfunction Warranty, even though it was an obvious malfunction NOT caused by the user. He then called his manager, who repeated his same script. His excuse of LCD bleed can be caused by physical damage, but in the absence of proof, it is just as likely caused by Display Connector Problems: If your iPhone has been repaired before, the display cable may become loose or damaged. This can cause black areas, flickering, distorted colors, or lines across the screen. Extremely disappointed in your service, especially when paying almost $200. Just thought others should know and be aware.
