Google reviewers rate CellFone Master 4.9 out of 5 based on 1080 reviews, frequently citing fast service, affordable pricing, and helpful staff for screen replacements and battery fixes. However, low-star comments describe instances where repairs failed or caused new issues, such as overheating or white screens, leading to disputes over responsibility and refunds. Some customers also noted difficulty locating the shop, though the owner responded to only three percent of reviews.

The absolute best cell phone repair service I’ve ever used! They provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. Although my phone couldn’t be repaired, they performed a thorough diagnostic and took the time to assess the issue. Their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer care truly impressed me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cell phone repair services!

Good service
Very very great customer service and very quick with getting it done
I had a broken IPhone 14, I was able to come in same day, get it diagnosed for free, and even given pointers onto what I should do next. The man who serviced me knew it was beyond repair, and although he could have suggested I pay for a deeper inspection, he turned me from it and worked patiently with me through it. Very quick, efficient and skillful service. Thank you cellfone master
