We have had an excellent experience with the physical therapy and speech therapy team at the Athens location of CenterWell Home Health. Thank you all for coming out to our home and helping my mom with both her walking and choking issues. The therapists have been patient, caring, professional, and truly dedicated to her progress. They always encourage her and motivate her during each visit, which has made a big difference. They also give me helpful advice and guidance on ways I can make things better while caring for my mom at home, and I truly appreciate their support. Everyone we have spoken with has been amazing, and we are very grateful for all of them. They are a great team that truly cares about their patients and families. We have seen improvement and are very thankful for the kindness, compassion, and quality care they provide. I highly recommend their physical therapy and speech therapy services to anyone needing quality home health care for their loved one.

Great care!

Poor and sad need help wont give it

Unlike in the past, the care plan seems to be “on the fly” - different therapists every time, scheduled as late as 12 hours before (no scheduled days or times), little communication btw therapists and point of contact in the family as to care plan or progress or percentage of approved therapy used this far. That said and even though we feel as if we are in the dark a lot of the time as to what to expect from the coming week, the therapists have all been kind and knowledgeable.

Entire staff was delightful! Delivering great care with each and every visit. We appreciate you!

We have used CenterWell for years and they have always been great. I would recommend them to everyone. A huge SHOUTOUT TO JAMEY CAMPBELL our physical therapist. She is our rock. She goes above and beyond to help us.

The service is OK. They are very friendly. But! They need to communicate better with the doctors and keep evey nurse in the loops with each other with correct info about the patients. Also the insurance pays for supplies needed to take care of the patient and making sure the patient will have the correct supplies at home the continue the care when the nurse isn't there other then these few issues they are a great company to use. Would I recommend this company to others absolutely for wound care I don't know about other areas of the care because I don't have any experience with it but wound care yes. Vanessa has been my wound care nurse for the most part she is very caring and helpful with me...

They are an awesome company. They are very helpful. I am a below the knee amputee. The physical therapist that come out are awesome. I have a nurse that comes out once a week. I would recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at CenterWell. First of all Jason has done a wonderful job with Dan’s physical therapy. He is so patient and really knows how to communicate clearly the instructions for each exercise. Working with Dan is very challenging given his latter stage with Alzheimers, but Jason takes the time to make sure Dan is getting the maximum benefits. I’ve also been so impressed with the Speech Therapy staff; so caring and have given me great ideas for daily activities to help Dan’s communication skills. I would highly recommend CenterWell Athens!
