I just had my new patient appointment with Dr. Neal, it was a great experience! It’s incredible these days to spend 45 minutes with a doctor who is focused on you the entire time with meaningful conversation about your health issues and plans - with helpful feedback and advise.
CenterWell’s approach is genuine “Healthcare” or “Wellcare”, not the assembly line “sick care” we experience with most other providers.

Dr. Armando Rodriguez-Asbun is absolutely THE BEST!!! He is by far one of the best physician's we've ever seen. Dr. Rodriguez takes GREAT care of my mom, He always takes the time to review all her medical history, and explains everything she needs in detail and we never, ever feel rushed, plus He has a great sense of humor, LOL . We can tell that Dr. Rodriguez truly cares about his patients, we feel extremely fortunate and blessed to have found such an AMAZING doctor!!! Also we love the entire team at CenterWell, Stephanie at the front desk is very nice, pleasant, and super professional. The medical assistant Jennifer ( it was our first time meeting her) was so sweet and kind! Also the phlebotomist was really nice. (I don't recall his name :-( The entire team treated us with kindness and respect, thank you so much!!!

I have been a patient since 2023, this Year I was having a difficult time scheduling my next Well care visit. I am 74 and was unhappy, I called the practice spoke to a new employee named Sarah, she turned a grumpy old man into a happy patient again, well done Sarah!

The Doctor Rodriguez is very knowledgeable and helpful with finding a solution to my problem.
The Staff is very helpful also.

I'd like to give some stars to Marlena Flores for the great job she does when I come for my appointments. She's always so helpful, friendly & efficient. If I was ringing the bell, I'd have to ring it 10 times.

Shout out to Marlena Flores!! My Mother talks about her helpfulness and how incredibly kind and patient she is to her and with her. My mother is in her 80’s and generally has a hard time with people. Thanks so much Marlena & Centerwell Groves. Really means a lot.
