I had a great experience working with Kody Heinze. He was punctual, extremely thorough, and took the time to explain key findings in a clear, straightforward way. The final report was detailed, well-organized, and delivered promptly, giving us full confidence as we move forward with our home purchase. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a top-tier home inspection. Thanks
Very knowledgeable professional! Provided prompt and accurate assessments for sound decision making.
Kody was on time, very communicative, and respectful of the timeframe we had to abide by. From the time I made the first call to the time I had the inspection report, there was clear and constant communication. The inspection itself was very thorough and better than the last time I had a home inspection done. Highly recommend this company and Kody’s services!
