Contacted Jason the owner of Centinel Security for an immediate solution to a highly volatile security situation at our warehouse. Within the same day Jason was able to provide a talented security detail. Over the course of two shifts for several weeks Jasons officers effectively neutralized the immediate threat to our employee safety. I highly recommend Centinel Security for the outstanding work and results they provided.

I made my initial inquiry on a Saturday afternoon and while other companies were closed for the weekend, I was connected immediately with Shawn. He was very informative, detailed and reassuring. He paid attention to the details of the event and made sure his teams was dressed appropriately for the event (which was a black tie event). As a further measure, he assured that he would be in attendance himself to ensure a smooth, worry-free day for me. As it turned out, his services were needed and his team quickly diffused the situation without any commotion or attention drawn to the problem. Five stars for sure...if I could do 10 I would!! These guys have come through for me countless times. My first encounter with them was for a fire watch at one of my buildings over New Years. Two other companies fell through last minute, reached out to Centinel and they were there for me, short notice at all and didn't price gouge us at all, they were very fair. I recently discovered Centinel when I was in a bind and needed fire watch on a Friday night after hours. I had it all set up or so I thought with a bigger named company when I happened upon an email in the evening that the other company canceled my fire watch & my building wasn't secure as I was led to believe. I made one call to Centinel and was able to get everything taken care of immediately! Jason & Sean were highly responsive & had someone on site within an hour! Moving forward Centinel will be our go-to for all security needs.
My name is Cynthia Alexis, Administrative Manager at the Youth Peace Center of Roseland. Our facility is pleased with the performance of Centinel Security Inc.'s staff. Questions and needs are responded to quickly by the management. I would like to compliment the Security staff for a job well done. Our doors are always guarded by two security guards as we leave each day. They are always on point. An unidentified car was spotted in our parking lot by one of the guards and he immediately took action. The security guard stayed right there until I got in my car and drove off the lot. Although the incident may have been nothing, the security guard was very observant and made me feel very safe.
