Reliable, reasonable, and easy to work with. The team did a great job from initial contact to installation. Very communicative and was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend. Solid pricing against competitors too.
Cameras were installed years ago and they did a good job! Very happy with the cameras (they NEVER FAIL OR HAVE ISSUES) and I have been very happy with their service!!!

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Calls are always promptly returned. Kelly was excellent in promptly scheduling my installation. They were the only company willing to let me keep my original wiring rather than replacing and rewiring the whole camera system. Tony and John were working by 9 am and they didn’t leave until the job was completed perfectly. Tony spent the extra time to set up the camera app and teacher me how to use it. I would highly recommend this company as I am extremely pleased with the product and the service that they provide.

I saw all the great reviews and thought.. THIS WAS THE COMPANY I WANTED TO USE!.. I called them to look at my residential camera system. I wanted to add more cameras and fix some existing issues. They scheduled me for approximately 5 appointments, spanning over several weeks, and NEVER showed up. Every time I called, the receptionist apologized and rescheduled me again, but no one ever showed up. It's not right the way they treated me and the disregard for my time. All I needed to hear was "we only care about initial installs," and I would have moved on. It is what it is. I just wanted to share my experience.

There is another company in the area with a similar name, Central Jersey Security, so it’s possible this review may have been intended for them. We absolutely service and support existing residential camera systems — not just new installations — and we would never intentionally disregard a customer’s time in this way. I couldn't have had a better experience working with Central Jersey Security Cameras. The office staff Tom and Zack provided me with the best customer service and the camera technicians who arrived for the installation were very professional. If I ever need cameras again I will be reaching out to this team.

Professional , efficient and courteous. Bob Murphy came and explained everything in detail and Tony and associates came and did an excellent job. Shortly after installation there was a question of a problem with the installation and they responded and addressed it immediately.
