Customers frequently praise the thoroughness, punctuality, and professional demeanor of the technicians, noting that windows are left clean and streak-free. Positive reviews also highlight efficient scheduling and clear communication regarding arrival times. However, several low-star reports cite issues with property damage, such as broken screens or shutters, as well as missed appointments and unreturned calls for quotes or rescheduling.

Tyler did at great job cleaning our windows at the BMV. As he was coming back in to the office he helped a wife get her husband that was in a wheelchair through the front door…
Tyler is always kind and respectful and a joy to be around. We appreciate the kindness that he shows our customers while he’s here at salon.. Keep up the good work Tyler

Tyler is always respectful, he comes in and greets us with a “good morning “
A driver for this company just spent 3 minutes flashing their brights on my ass at me on the highway after swerving around the lanes to get behind me for a couple minutes. I-75 ~ the Middletown and Monroe exits

The technician Tyler did a good job. He was very professional. My only reason for not giving a 5 star was because of their having to reschedule due to a problem on their end. Then their was another problem the day they rescheduled me to that caused them to arrive later than scheduled.
