Working with Avery Cervantes made the entire process seamless from start to finish. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail, communication, and dedication gave us confidence throughout the transaction. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind and worked hard to make everything as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Avery to anyone looking to buy or sell and would absolutely work with her again in the future.

Working with you was an amazing experience from start to finish. Your professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated how you always had my best interest in mind and went above and beyond to make everything happen. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Andrea went above and beyond to assist with preparing my home for sale since I was no longer living in the area. She was knowledgable about the local market and kept me up to date on how things were progressing after my home hit the market. She handed me the keys when I purchased the home and helped get it sold 17 years later!

Andrea, I had your google page open and ready to leave a review before we were even done speaking! You went above and beyond for me and answered my questions as a first-time home buyer. I know who I'm calling in the future and sending everyone I know to. THANK YOU!!!!! -Megan

I just wrapped up a transaction with Andrea and it was smooth sailing from start to finish. This was my first time working with her and I hope for many, many more. Andrea was in constant communication, she takes care of her clients and most importantly.. she gets the job done!! Thank you Andrea!

I hand selected CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate Andrea Lavin because of her proven track record for closed property sales. The sale of my property was not easy. I realized from the onset that I would need someone experienced and patient. There was an additional issue with my property and that was its sale price. I was not asking a lot for it. Many sales people would have probably passed on the opportunity because it did not net them a large enough payout; however, Andrea made sure that I not only received the maximum amount for my property but that my questions were answered and I was never made to feel unimportant. I can honestly attest that Andrea was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, competent, tenacious, and caring. I am beyond pleased with her and if I have real estate sales needs in the future, I will reach out to her again.

Andrea was such an unexpected blessing. My partner and I connected with her to view one of her listings and it turned into months of back to back showings. Andrea was patient, understanding of our hesitancies, and guided us through the process of buying our first big fixer-upper. She comes with years of institutional knowledge and an understanding of the Yuba-Sutter area. Plus, she’s an expert negotiator! After inspections, our counter-offer was accepted within 24 hours! Can’t beat that. Thanks, Andrea, for making this process a breeze.

Andrea was amazing! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. She was always available for questions and understanding of the situations that arose. She helped me with a difficult situation with a solar lease. I will use her services again.

I have had the privilege of working with numerous real estate agents over the years, and Andrea stands out as an unparalleled leader in both industry expertise and client service. Whether I'm seeking guidance on purchasing a home or navigating complex transactions such as IRS 1031 exchanges, Andrea is always my first choice. Her deep understanding of the home-buying process, combined with her exceptional attention to detail and unwavering patience, ensures a seamless experience every time. Additionally, Andrea's flexibility in accommodating my schedule further enhances the process. Having worked with other professionals, I can say with confidence that Andrea is the only realtor I will ever trust for my real estate needs. She is, without question, the best in the business.
