Wonderful company to work with. They answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. They spent over 2hrs on first visit explaining everything as well as going in my attic to see if any damage was done from a leak. I was pleased with price compared to 2 other bids on the job. Workers were on time and project manager was here to check on work during and after finished work. We couldn't be more pleased.

Had new siding installed I couldn't be more pleased had a few issues but they will be back in 2 weeks to correct because 1 of the items was on backorder and they finished in 1 day which I was very pleased with. Would highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌 😀 😉. The 1st picture is before and the rest is after.

I had hoped for a better experience with Cenvar Roofing, particularly when it comes to communication and follow-through on a previous repair.
We originally hired Cenvar in 2022 to repair a roof leak around our pipe boots, paying $800 for the work. Unfortunately, the roof is now leaking AGAIN in the exact same location.
A technician, Austin, came out on September 28th to assess the situation. After his visit, I heard nothing further. I eventually reached out to him myself, at which point he apologized and explained that things had somehow "slipped through the cracks." He told me he needed to speak with his supervisor and would call me back.
Unfortunately, that call never came.
Yesterday, I contacted Cenvar directly and left a message requesting a call from a supervisor. As of today, I still have not received a response.
Here we are, October 15th, and it's raining AGAIN! Meanwhile, the roof continues to leak, and there is now a noticeable musty, mold-like smell inside the home. What started as a roof leak is becoming a much bigger concern, with the potential for additional water damage and mold.
I completely understand that things happen, repairs don't always go as planned, and people get busy. However, I do believe that communication and follow-through should be a priority, especially when someone's home is at risk of sustaining further damage.
What frustrates me most is that I've had to initiate both follow-ups myself, despite being told I would receive a call back. I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect a little more urgency when the leak is occurring in the exact same location Cenvar previously repaired.
I've tried to be patient and give Cenvar the opportunity to address the issue, but the lack of communication is disappointing. Every additional rainfall brings the possibility of more damage, and delaying the repairs only adds to that concern.
I sincerely hope someone from Cenvar will take ownership of this situation, follow through on their word, and help get this resolved before the damage becomes more extensive.
