Brady with CertaClean arrived right on schedule. After arriving, we walked through home looking at all areas that would be cleaned. He asked me if I had any stains or areas that might need extra attention, I showed him one area I thought might be, he said he would be able to get that clean, and he did! Carpet looks great now!!
Very thorough, very professional, took the amount of time he said it would.
Because of Brady and CertaClean and the experience I had today, I'll definitely be using them again and also recommending CertaClean.
