CertaPro Painters of St. Charles, South County & West County at a glance
Customers frequently cite professional communication, punctuality, and thorough cleanup as key strengths of CertaPro Painters of St. Charles, noting that crews often complete interior and exterior projects efficiently. While many reviewers highlight fair pricing and attention to detail, lower-rated feedback indicates recurring issues with paint adhesion, uneven coverage, and missed lines. Some clients also reported that exterior work required multiple visits to correct peeling or other application errors, suggesting inconsistent quality control on specific jobs.

We have used many painters and painting companies. Certa-Pro is the best we have ever used. Jaciel and his crew were professional and completed the work sooner than expected. The quality of the painting was exceptional. We will definitely use them again.

Victor and team did a great job painting our house. The crew was hardworking. Very receptive to feedback and fixing things we didn’t like. We did ask for the final walkthrough the day after the final Painting as we wanted to see it all dried before signing off.

CertaPro painters gave my garage a much-needed refresh. Blake was very helpful, efficient, and easy to work with on the estimate. Brennen did a great job on prepping the space, painting the interior of the garage and stairwell, and cleaning up the space afterwards. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you for taking good care of my home.
