From estimate to completion, CertaPro SW Metro did an exceptional job on our project. This is the 3rd time we have used CertaPro and we were again, very pleased with the results. The crew was easy to work with, gave us end of day updates on their progress, and took great care to ensure we were satisfied with the results.

We hired CertaPro Painters to paint our 1920s craftsman, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Older homes come with their quirks, and this crew treated ours with real care. They took time with the prep work, protected the original details, and clearly understood that a house like this deserves patience rather than shortcuts. What stood out most was how they handled a tricky situation. This franchise picked up our job after it had been assigned elsewhere, and they inherited a quote that missed several items. Rather than pointing fingers or cutting corners, they jumped in, filled the gaps, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. That kind of ownership is rare, and it made all the difference. The crew was respectful, tidy, and a genuine pleasure to have around. They cleaned up thoroughly every day, and the finished result is crisp, even, and exactly what we pictured. Our home feels cared for again, and we’re grateful. We’d recommend this CertaPro team without hesitation to anyone, especially owners of older homes who want the job done right.
Leah, Every one of our customers is so important to us & we are so glad you experienced our personal touch! Thank you for your kind words & stars! So appreciated! We wish you many years of happiness in your "new" home. Sara & Kelly Morlock. Owners - CertaPro Painters
CertaPro Painters were able to schedule painting of a bathroom and garage quickly. At first, I thought it would be scheduled further out, but, an awesome crew of two became available. Alfredo and Joe were extremely hard working. The walls and ceiling of the garage were poorly completed by the original construction company. The prep work was labor intensive in the garage. Yet, CertaPro pricing was very reasonable. They did a good job. Although, I would have thought that would have a shop vac to clean up after the mud dust from the sanding. Fortunately, I was able to let them use mine. They were agreeable to clean up after it was pointed out to them. Overall, excellent with point deduction at clean up time. Thanks.

Great attention to what we wanted and when. Stayed out of their way a let them do what they do. Trust them to do the work required for the job. Excellent taping and edging done by the team doing the work. Great oversight by the project manager. Very detailed clean up after. We will be utilizing their skills and services again.

I could not be more pleased with our experience with CertaPro Painters. They answered the phone with a real person (one of the owners), they showed up on time, their prices were good, the work they did was outstanding, and they were super helpful helping us match colors to other walls in our home. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters!!
