The store owner was courteous. professions and very prompt and timely in the repair of my Laptop . Very pleased with outcome and highly recommend the business.

I purchased a laptop off EBAY and some how the battery came loose, I was so upset thinking the worse like I waited a month just to get it. I was definitely on the verge to return it even though I desperately needed it. I called to ask if they could check it out and the employee told me he would check it out just bring it in.. I went in so upset and he greeted me as soon as I came in. He took maybe ten minutes if that, to find out the battery was enproperly mounted. So he fixed it!! I was so happy and pleased with his service!! I definitely recommend this place for all you're electronic needs!!! Thank You so very much Dany! Very Kind and Respectful Service.

My 2020 MacBook Air battery died while I was at the Apple Store to get a battery replacement estimate and they told me they couldn't do anything if they couldn't turn on the computer and then tried to sell me an iPad :/ So I took it to Certified Laptop Repair, the staff was all very helpful and sweet and they fixed it in a couple days like brand new! Will definitely go back if I need anything and recommend to others!

I went to clean my old laptop from debris,bugs. It cost me around 100$. I got and an email saying it was done in 2 hour, but the usb ports, charging ports were having bugs eggs and dead bugs and I can still see the dust from key board keys. When I asked about it, dany replied they don't clean sides and outside. They just clean motherboard and inside only. I don't know why they charged around $100 just for that and now I am not even sure if the inside were cleaned properly.
