At first I was a little bit nervous and I've been here eight and a half years and I consider this my home. They did the best they could to make me feel at ease. I didn't receive the notice that the rent was going up so needless to say I got my first pay or quit notice. When I got a hold of Jay hey totally believe me that I have no idea of the rent increase so he weighed the $50 late fee which he didn't have to do at all. I was so grateful and I felt a little dumb that I didn't know that. He talks with them calm voice which makes me feel great . Honestly I couldn't ask for a better company .

Mark, Jay, Jennifer and Joe have been nothing short of amazing to my family and I. We have been renting from them for over 5 years and don't plan on leaving. Any repair requests are answered right away. They communicate well and are always willing to work with their tenants. Their professionalism and dedication to their properties and tenants is what creates long term relationships with their clients! If you are looking to rent, sell or buy, these are your guys!

They are professional and respond very quickly to repair needs. Jay is nice and so is the lady in the office that answer the phone usually. I am about to move out of one of their apartments and expect to get my full deposit back from them.
A long time real estate management company that also performs real estate transactions. The company is a good-quality operation that makes sure that your properties are well cared for by their professionals. It's a very good alternative to their competitors.
I rented with them for 2 years. Fair priced rent and never had any major issues. The staff is friendly and communicate well. I would and will be recommending them to anyone looking for rental units.
My central heat was out last weekend and Certified Realtor sent Clinton's HVAC Immediately to fix. Staff at Certified realtor was great. Clinton's HVAC fixed and got me comfortable again with the cold rainy weather. Thank you.
