We had CGT clean three room carpets. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. They arrived early for our appointment, ready to go to work. We have been quite happy with the outcome, our family room, especially, looks so much better!

Worst service experience I’ve had. The cleaner arrived and called me to open the door, but instead of simply asking politely, he yelled, “Open the garage!” I then explained that he couldn’t park directly in front of my garage because the vehicle could be towed, and that guest parking was available. He immediately became impatient and told me he had “never parked in guest parking in the last 20 years.” I found that response unreasonable, especially since many customers live in condos, townhomes, or communities with parking restrictions. He seemed very upset that he couldn’t park in front of the garage and ultimately drove away without performing any service at all. Extremely unprofessional interaction and a complete waste of my time.
Felix, We are very sorry you felt you had the worst service experience with us. This has never happen before. You would not move your car to allow us to provide the service and told us we had to park in the guest parking area which was too far away from your unit. Parking there would have required us to pull our hose thru traffic that could damage our hose and cause a real inconvience for other home owners. When we called you to let you know the problem you said F#@K you and hung up the phone. At this point we drove away. Derrick & Shedrick

I had CGT Carpet Cleaner come out to clean my carpet, which had tea stains all over it. I was amazed at the results—they finished the job in about 40 minutes, and the carpet looks like new! They were very professional, efficient, and clearly focused on doing the best possible job. They gave it 100%, and the results show it. My experience with CGT Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was excellent from beginning to end. The initial telephone call that I made was answered promptly. After describing the carpeted rooms that needed cleaning, I was given a quote and available date and time. When the cleaners arrived I asked if they would be able to clean my couches at the same time. There was no problem fulfilling my additional request. The carpet and upholstery were cleaned thoroughly.
