Five stars all the way for Chef Joe! We hired him for a private steakhouse dinner for 10 guys, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park.The food was phenomenal, but the service was just as impressive. Chef Joe was incredibly professional from start to finish and left the kitchen spotless when he was done. If you want a top-tier culinary experience without any of the hassle, I cannot recommend him enough.
Chef Joe did the most amazing private dinner for my sister’s bachelorette party in Isle of Palms. The whole process of selecting the meal format and menu was seamless and the food was excellent!!

My wife and I just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our 13 kids and grandkids. We had never hired a private chef before so we did lots of research. We chose Chef Joe DiMaio with Chainey Briar Chef Solutions and we were not disappointed!! Chef Joe arrived on time at 5pm and had appetizers ready for 15 people by 6pm (get the hot crab dip with old bay crackers!). Joe then served us a 3 course meal which was fantastic!! The kids and grandkids were really impressed with the cooking and plating of the food. And by the way, we were worried about the smaller kids not eating some of the foods - they loved everything! When he left, the kitchen was totally clean. We told Chef Joe that night we would recommend him to anyone looking for a great food experience. Great job and thanks Joe for making our evening perfect.
In August (2023) Chef Joe curated, prepared and served 7 meals in one week to serve our family of 11. The food was absolutely outstanding. He covered a range of cuisines and food and made every breakfast, lunch and dinner memorable. In the planning process, Chef Joe was thoughtful and creative about the menus and was meticulous about considering each person's allergies and dietary preferences. This was our second year working with Chef Joe. In addition to the quality of his meals and the ease of planning with him, I'd be remiss not to add that he is delightful to work with - kind and very pleasant to have around even in a family environment. Chef Joe, thank you or another awesome experience!
I cannot recommend Joe enough! He was super responsive and thorough from the moment I inquired. He took time to understand our dinner and menu needs prior to. He accommodated to our gluten free and dairy free bride - the food was phenomenal and we are still thinking about our meal months later. Highly recommend!!!
