Went to Champion to replace the rubber seal on my garage. Turns out my track was very old and needed that replaced as well.
Tal was more than helpful in scheduling an appt for service. Omar came within the time frame that was given and knocked the job out in no time.
I was very impressed at how quickly he was able to get the job done. I’d definitely reach out to Champion in the future.

My garage door broke. 😪 I called Champion Garage and got scheduled a rep to come the next day and inspected it.
The rep showed up on time was very professional and kind. He explained all my repairs options and the quote was very reasonable. He finished the work within an hour and left a happy customer!

Technician came right away within 30 min from calling and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Also he offered to fix some other minor issues that I already had with the garage. Technician was so knowledgeable and skilled.

Very Happy. Arrived 10 minutes early. Explained all option clearly. Very friendly without any sales pressure. Finished in about 1 hour. Replaced Spring with upgraded model. Great Service and Highly Recommend.
Appointment showed up on time, courteous and fast. I hope and trust that the work will last. We had the belt replaced and he adjusted the limits on where it would stop up and also down. All in for $350. Don’t know if good or bad for you, but he was out of there in 35-40 minutes. You be the judge if labor is worth paying $300, according to a quick search a belt costs $39.99. Google search indicates that belt replacements costs between $150 and $440. (A dentist will extract a tooth for the same cost in 2 minutes or 2 hours. Your choice)

My garage door was not opening/closing late at night so I scheduled a visit early the next day. The entire Champion team was extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process.
When Omar arrived promptly (after giving me a courtesy call regarding his ETA), he immediately identified the issue and got to work. He gave an estimated repair time and finished the work with no issues.
I would highly recommend Champion to my friends and family, solely for the fact that my repair was so easy and simple.
