Originally had my AC repaired by them 2 months ago, and they guaranteed me a warranty. The repair didn't last, and my AC stopped working. When it broke again, they didn't stand by their word on the warranty and charged me for a low-quality, poorly done repair. I paid that in full, and now, 3 days later, it has broken yet again—still no warranty, despite what they promised. Just lies. Now the whole system no longer turns on. It's as if they set it up to fail so I'd have to pay more later. I'm done with fake companies and people who lie about their experience. From now on, I'm only going through reputable companies that guarantee repairs lasting longer than a month or two.
