Very friendly and efficient. Great experience.
Jayce did a great job. Even went above and beyond. Puffed power in the nooks and crannies to get rid of wolf spiders. We appreciate Champion and have been customers for years. They always are on time and are very through. They come between times if there is additional problems at no charge. Giving Jayce and Champion FIVE STARS
Ray was fantastic! He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and kept me informed every step of the way. He also left detailed notes outlining the services he performed and his findings. We’re so glad we chose Champion!
Andrew listened to my concerns & particular requests and performed work well. He was quite personable as well :)
Had a question about seeing ants in the house .she said give a few more days and if the amount I see increase give her a call back
Called in the morning and they were able to get someone out by early afternoon. Bridget helped me on the phone and had us set up with an agreement extremely quickly. Jayce was our technician and provided excellent service, walked us through everything making sure we understood the process, and left us with some much…
Jaycee addressed the insect issue in basement and took the time to explain the process and set the expectations
Ray was friendly and professional, observant and therefore thorough. This was part of a one year contract for Champion Pest to come out three times a year for pest control and prevention. We have been with this company for at least 7 years and every single technician has been polite, professional, and thorough. Seriously. Every single one.
We have been customers for awhile and never had an issue with our service . The staff is always do nice and great to work with
Dwight did a great job today! He noticed Yellowjacket nest on the side of my home by my trash can and treated it then let me know. I very much appreciate his willingness to go above the call of duty. Thank you Dwight!
Today I got to experience the Champion reputation of quality work done by great people. Andrew (my tech/treatment specialist) was friendly, personable, informative and very efficient. I appreciate his explanation of everything he did and anything I needed to do to aid the process or follow-up (it was more than a…
Fast friendly service! We are moving and will be using Champion at our new home. We will also recommend them to the buyers of our house!
Andrew visited us for the first time today due to wasp and yellow jacket sightings and ant problems on the exterior of the house. He was very professional and efficient, spraying the outside of the house and inside of basement, spraying dust for the yellow jacket nest under one of our boxwoods, as well as removing…
The guy that came out was on time (8:00-10:00am window; arrived 8:20am), very friendly and polite. I bought a year contract due to our issues, but the major issue was yellow jackets nesting in side the ceiling (getting in through gaps between the siding and trim). After 5 days they are almost completely gone. He…
Andrew explained cause of pest issues & addressed my concerns professionally & politely. Was respectful of property.
As usual, Champion provided 5-Star service to our property. Jayce is always professional. Today, he was working in the rain to keep our home protected. He always provides 5-Star service. I recommend Champion to anyone in need of pest control... they provide quality and professional services!
Dwight was courteous and thorough. He addressed my concerns and checked to see if I had additional concerns.
Andrew was knowledgeable about the services we needed and completed the needed treatments in timely order. We have been using Champian Pest and Termite Control for a number of years and have annual contracts for termites and general insect infestation services.
Excellent service! Prompt and very thorough. Always wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
I appreciate the knowledge and explanations of the treatment process from all staff. Office personnel are always patient and great to speak with.
Amanda was very helpful.
I was very happy with Bridget's help thank you
Champion has provided excellent quarterly service for standard insect pest control and rodent control. Very timely in their applications, always making contact in advance. Andrew Dillhoff did a great job, even removing a wasp nest - much appreciated.
Champion is truly an excellent company. As a returning customer after four years, communication from the initial phone call to my first service has been top-notch. I can’t say enough about the service provided by technician Jayce at my first appointment. He kept in contact with me the day of, as to his arrival time…
Ray always takes time to listen to my concerns and explain things to me. Our occurrence of pests is pretty much non-existent since having Champion as our provider.
Ray was very respectful and professional handling everything I asked. Awesome work!
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Don't remember his name as he was working with my husband. We were able to capture the insect we were concerned about, which helped for our issue. May 2026.. Andrew did a very good job with our quarterly treatment outside. He did ask if we wanted the interior…
Friendly service. They always knock to check if there are specific issues that need to be addressed during the visit.
Just had a great inspection from Dwight. Got the promised call when he was on his way, arrived right when he said he would. Spent the time on all the walls of the garage, addressed all concerns and questions, explained the plan clearly, and had a quote from the office quickly afterwards.
I initially discontinued service in 2024 after receiving late payment notices for services I had not scheduled. When I contacted your office, I was informed that I had been automatically re-enrolled into a yearly program without prior notice or consent. This lack of communication was concerning and ultimately led me…
Andrew did a great job, was friendly and yet professional! I would recommend him for sure!
Very friendly and professional. Asked for specific concerns before starting to apply treatment. Asked before spraying areas where my kids typically play.
Jayce did a great job thoroughly treating our two-story house plus a shed. Champion’s rates are great and their customer service is top notch. Very responsive, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend!
He is super fast and gets the job done. If he has to move something on the back porch he does. He is very polite and mannerly when he’s here.
Professional. Friendly. Did good job
Also way good service Only thing that wld been appreciated was a text saying the tech was on the way. Maybe that can be an area of improvement but outside of that it was all good. Jayce was professional and handled everything well.
Ray is always great. The world needs more Ray’s!!
Joyce did a nice job as usual. Quick and confirmed and resolved all our concerns.
Andrew did a great job checking over the house and putting down preventive spray.
Amanda was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend!!
