Andrew was courteous and on time. Arriving 10 minutes before 7:00 a.m.! He asked what my needs were and he sprayed for all of them. He actually took his time. He wasn't trying to spray and get out as quickly as he could, he listened and did a thorough job.

I was pleased with the inspection of my house, Ray’s explanation of where he thought the problem came from, his proposed course of action and potential solution. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and how the traps would work. I felt comfortable with him in my home and his level of skill and expertise.
My technician was Andrew and he was absolutely amazing. He was very kind. He understood that I was extremely scared of mice. He knew a lot about mice and did everything possible to identify openings in my house and to put the proper protection to catch them. I would definitely recommend him as a technician.
