I’m technically challenged - I don’t know how to leave a new review for a business that I have reviewed before.
Champion Plumbing is my goto for whatever my plumbing/gas needs are. Been using them for about 5 years now - very prompt, fair, and professionsl!
I used Champion again for routine maintenance on my tankless water heater. I really can’t add anything to what I wrote a couple of years ago. I’m just glad that looking for a dependable qualified plumber is not something I have to waste my time on.
I waited about a month to post this review to be sure that there weren't any issues with their work. Champion upgraded my natural gas lines, replaced some iron drain pipe and installed a water filter system. David and his team were efficient and professional. I quoted this out to 5 companies and asked for recommended solutions. A couple of the "big names" proposed solutions were overkill and unbelievably expensive, I think I paid a fair price for all the work Champion did. Definitely will call them in the future if needed.

David and Jacob are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, consummate professionals, they have always demonstrated the utmost in honesty, integrity and quality work! They are my go to guys and true assets to Champion Plumbing!
I've used Champion plumbing for a variety of services including water heater, toilet, and sinks. David's crew is hands down the best plumber in Nashville and I've used a lot of companies. He is responsive, reasonable and honest...I've never regretted using him.
I cannot recommend Champion Plumbing enough. From the moment I called, I knew I had made the right decision, and honestly, I just wish I had called them first.
I initially made the mistake of calling one of the large plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies in town. They came out, quoted me an absolutely outrageous price, tried to upsell me on several other things, and ultimately left a plumbing fitting loose when they left. That experience was enough for me to start looking elsewhere, and I’m so glad I found Champion Plumbing.
Even my first phone call was completely different. The woman who answered was incredibly nice and helpful, and at the end of the call she asked how I had heard about them. When I told her I found them on Google, she thanked me and mentioned that Champion is her dad’s company and that she always likes to hear how people find them. That immediately told me I was dealing with a true local, family-run business where the owners are actually involved and care about their customers.
The technician who came out today was just as great. He was knowledgeable, professional, explained everything clearly, fixed the issues, and their pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to what I had previously been quoted.
Champion Plumbing has absolutely earned my business for anything plumbing-related going forward. It is refreshing to find a local company that is knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely cares about doing good work and treating customers right.
Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I did. Call Champion Plumbing first. You’ll be glad you did!
