Dr. Chappell has seen a number of our dogs throughout the years. Him and his staff never disappointment. Dr. Chappell doesn't try to up sale. Me and my husband always left his office knowing our animals got the best care at a very honest price.

We made an appointment for our new dog...but were not seen for 2 1/2 hours. This place is a mess, very stinky, unorganized and unprofessional staff. We will not ever go back here.
The veterinarian assistants are very rude

Have been taking our house pets and show dogs to him for several years. Competitively low cost for vets. The wealth of knowledge is top-notch. Truely an individual with years of quality experience beyond what the average joe has. Down to earth, will explain anything you may have issues understanding. The office is always clean and the staff is wonderful.
Dr. Chappell has been very good and supportive with my pets. He’s very knowledgeable and has an awesome technician, Kristin. I’ll keep returning as I have since 1979
Only out for the money. They were all booked up and could not spay my yorkie. But when I told them It may be an emergency, They said well we can do it but it will cost $1500.00. Went to shelby and got it at regular price.
