Been going here for a couple years and I have to say the service is below average. I keep getting passed to injectors with no experience and have had several procedures with no results. The lack of listening and communication showed when I came in for a procedure and was set up for something completely different. last botox appointment I was completely overcharged and received a small fraction of units compared to my normal amount and then was gaslit that it was the FDA recommended amount. I took pictures of the syringes so I know for a fact they were lying to me. They might be cheap but the lack of experience will cost you thousands more than going to a reputable, experienced injector. Very disappointing.

Absolutely botched my lip filler! Injector wasn’t sure what she was doing, kept stopping and asking ME to check my lips in the mirror and tell HER where she should add more? They turned out very uneven, migrated filler way above my top lips, very noticeable and embarrassing in photos. I’ve had lip filler for 2 years prior from another med spa, never had these issues. I’ll need to have them dissolved & fixed, costing me unnecessary expense and pain, very dissatisfied.

I went and saw Sarah Anne. The care and time that she took to help me look my best was phenomenal. I’ve only been there once, but my appearance is so much more improved. I have a treatment plan in place which I’ve never had before. She truly cares and wants you to look your best and feel your best. I love that you can pay monthly to put towards your treatments!! Please go see Sarah Anne…. She is amazing!!

The staff, the atmosphere, everything about this place is phenomenal! I had some concerns with a treatment I received, and after I let the clinic know I was offered a follow up appointment right away. They truly care and listen. I got to work with Sarah for my follow up and the experience has been nothing short of amazing so far - she is great! Very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this location!
