This was the worst repair experience I can remember. A month later after first contact, I'm out of over $250 and my stove is not fixed. They didn't make appointment times, order the work part and never fix the stove.

You say that; but please tell the whole story. Your stove doesn't have the model number. The technician came out to your property 4 times. Each time your stove was covered with roaches; he told you to spray the roaches but each you waited until he came to do the work and the roaches were everywhere. We don't work in conditions like that. We did install a new switch but you need a burner also. Since you don't have a model number we have to take the stove parts off and to match it up. If you get the stove cleaned up we'll come back. Sorry for your troubles.
