Hannah is the epitome of a real estate professional. From listing my parents home that was in probate and then all the way thru to the closing, she was always there to help and to guide and advise me through the real estate process. I highly recommend her and her team.

Thank you so much, Sabrina, for your wonderful review. It was truly a privilege to help you and your family through the sale of your parents' home. Helping families navigate probate and estate-related real estate transactions in Summerville and the Charleston area is one of our specialties, and I understand that selling a family home can be both an emotional and important process. I am grateful for the trust you placed in me throughout the entire home selling process.

If I could give Hannah Drake 10 stars I would! She has had more patience with me in selling my home in Summerville SC. It was a long haul, but I finally got it done! She is the absolute best! I would recommend her in the selling of your next home.

Thank you so much for your kind words—it truly was an honor to be your Realtor in Summerville, Mount Pleasant, and Charleston.
Purchasing a home through a relocation company is definitely not for the faint of heart, and it takes experience to navigate the additional paperwork and unique contract terms all the way to the closing table. I’m so glad I could guide you through that process smoothly.
As first-time homebuyers, you both were absolutely fantastic to work with—your trust, communication, and positive attitude made the entire experience a pleasure.
A special thank you as well to your lender, Sonya Pitt, who truly knows how to get the job done. Having the right team in place makes all the difference, and together we were able to make this happen seamlessly.
Wishing you many happy memories in your new home—welcome to the Lowcountry! 🏡✨
What an amazing experience,
This was my wife and I’s first home buying experience, and we had the pleasure of choosing Hannah Drake.
We needed a very specific home that could accommodate an elderly, sick relative and there was so many factors we couldn’t compromise on. Everything we liked on Zillow was either out of budget or wouldn’t accommodate our needs. But Hannah dug deep and combed through so many homes while we worked and tended to our daily lives and found us so many beautiful houses in our criteria!
From offer to closing the process was virtually thoughtless for my wife and I; Hannah ran the show and made sure everything went perfect. We were out of closing within an hour from the time we arrived, Hannah and Holliday Ingram with our lender Sonya Pitts with LOWER LLC made this entire experience effortless and simple.
Five out of five gives these folks no justice!!!

Overall, Hannah (Charleston Home Agents LLC) provided excellence service and helped us navigate the complexities and work involved in selling the home,
My brothers and I owned a home in Ladson South Carolina, while we live in NC. Not one time during the sale of the home did we have to travel to SC to take care of anything, not even to handle repairs called out during the inspection. Hannah sourced contractors and managed the home repairs for us. This was a huge help to us and was instrumental in speeding up the sale of the home.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Hannah's services in the future.
