What an amazing experience,
This was my wife and I’s first home buying experience, and we had the pleasure of choosing Hannah Drake.

But Hannah dug deep and combed through so many homes while we worked and tended to our daily lives and found us so many beautiful houses in our criteria!
From offer to closing the process was virtually thoughtless for my wife and I; Hannah ran the show and made sure everything went perfect. We were out of closing within an hour from the time we arrived, Hannah and Holliday Ingram with our lender Sonya Pitts with LOWER LLC made this entire experience effortless and simple.

My brothers and I owned a home in Ladson South Carolina, while we live in NC. Not one time during the sale of the home did we have to travel to SC to take care of anything, not even to handle repairs called out during the inspection. Hannah sourced contractors and managed the home repairs for us. This was a huge help to us and was instrumental in speeding up the sale of the home.
