They arrived on time, very professional and took their time and gave great explanations and answered all the questions we had. Price was great for the value especially with the warranty they offer on the house for FREE. would recommend 10 out of 10!
This is an outstanding company. The inspection report is detailed and photos show specific issues that need to be addressed. The inspector was very professional and took the time to explain what he found and what needs to be done to correct it. Great job!
Quick turn around time for inspection report to be completed. Great service!!
Very thorough inspection, would recommend!
David Brown did a fantastic job with your new build inspection. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to explain every detail of the inspection and provided advice and information way beyond what is expected of him. I would highly recommend him and step by step. Everything was simple to…
Found issues builder had not done properly.Builder stated they will but without this inspection they would have been overlooked.
The service was excellent! No worries, no hassle. The inspector- Jared was fast and efficient on the inspection and very quick and detailed with the report. Thank You
Very good experience.
As a first time home buyer I was very nervous that something would be missed in the inspection. However, David gave me the most in depth detailed report. He was honest, took his time to make sure he did not miss anything and got me the report the same day! I will 100% use this company again.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable.
They went in to good detail about big, small and very small stuff. Was a little bothered that they felt a small ctack in the foundation wasn't bad enough to be fixed tho. But still impressed with everything else they did. I'm sure they know more than I Do! Thanks guys.
I couldn't be happier. The inspector was the best I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable and thorough. A+++ experience

Excellent attention to detail and produced a report with pictures and explanations.

They were available to answer my questions while in the home and did a final review prior to leaving. Their full report & summary section was excellent! Not only did they…
