I have been bringing my family’s devices here for years now and it is always a pleasure. Mike & Gus are very knowledgeable and are able to communicate device issues honestly and in layman terms. Pricing is always fair and reasonable as well. Could not recommend them more to anyone in search of tech repair.

Such a welcoming place! We were greeted with smiles and great hospitality as soon as we walked in. Everyone was so friendly, and the service was amazing. I went in to get my charging port fixed, and they got it done so quickly. Really happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend this place!

My phone was completely cracked front and back and they were very prompt in fixing the phone. It looks like nothing ever happened to the phone. Extremely recommended service.

Brought PS5 in due to a massive overheating issue that had pretty much made the console unusable. Tony Y fixed the system so that it could function like new again. Entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Price was cheap (esp compared to sending it into Sony), and the repair was made within a few hours. I am moving about 2 hours away in a couple of weeks, but will still make the drive up to charlotte for repairs next time I need something like this done
