I had a lymphatic drainage massage at Charming Spa Massage today, and it was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The spa is exceptionally clean, modern, and tidy, creating a peaceful atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
The masseuse was highly professional, attentive, and very friendly, making sure I felt completely at ease throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized. I highly recommend Charming Spa Massage to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality care!

Coco was my massage therapist. I like deep tissue and she did an amazing job! She was skilled in different techniques and I left feeling super relaxed. I did the 90min with essential oil! Lisa was the front desk and was very helpful and kind in arranging the appointment booking and figuring the best option for me.

Experience was sub par. Came here with my wife and the massage experience wasnt the best. Too much chatter in the background making the experience tough to relax in also masseuse was oblivious to the privacy of the guests. Kept keeping the door open mid massage which also didn’t make the experience comfortable at all. Also the shop needs a touch up as it isn’t inviting to guests and the cherry on top was the haggling of tipping which they made very clear they don’t pressure you into giving but they for sure haggle you on tips even though the entire experience is paid for by cash. Wouldn’t recommend if you have morals and want a good relaxing experience.

1. About background noise: We apologize for the background noise, because we were busy last Saturday, there was more conversation than usual in the reception area. We will remind everyone to keep their voices done in the future.
2. Cleanliness and Appearance: Our entire business was freshly painted just two months ago. We clean and sanitize our business daily, including wiping down the walls with alcohol. We focus on keeping the Spa clean, comfortable , and welcoming rather than investing in expensive decorations. We would genuinely appreciate any specific suggestions for improvement.
3: Pricing: we always try our best to provide quality massage services at reasonable and affordable prices.
4: Tips: After every massage, our first priority is to make sure our customers are satisfied with both the massage and our services. Only after they confirm they are very satisfied do we politely ask if they would consider leaving a small tip. We never pressure anyone to tip.
5: That day, after your 90 minutes massage, you both said the massage and service were very good. This why we politely mentioned a tip and clearly stated that it was completely optional, with no pressure at all. Even though you both didn’t leave any-tips after your 90 minutes massage, we still truly appreciated for your visit. We care much more about the quality of our massage and our customers satisfaction than tips.
We hope to provide you with a better experience next time and we will take your feedback seriously and work hard to improve. Thank you again!
Very nice place. My husband and I got a couples massage and it was great. They were very kind and the masseuse's did an excellent job on all of our tense spots. Thank you so much. We will be back soon.
