Nelly did such an amazing job on our couples acne facials, she talked about what is causing our skin to flare up & what will help to continue to keep our skin looking hydrated & clear after our appointment! She is the sweetest soul & made us comfortable during the whole process.
First time ever going to a spa let alone getting facial treatments. Nelly was excellent. Great bedside manner. To explain what Nelly had to work with, she asked, "What brings you in today, what do you want to get done?" My response to her: 🤷♀️🤷♀️. She is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions…
