The staff really cares about your animal. They may not be an emergency clinic though I wish they were they will take care of your fur baby as soon as possible and they even called me 30 minutes before they opened to get my fur baby seen asap. Tina she's the best !! She's the one that call. Now I give them one star just because I got upset and said I'd go somewhere else they dropped me as a client and I even bought them two pizzas two different times

They absolutely take the best care of my bullies and understand the breed as well as they truly care about my jojo and my previous bulldog Harley when she passed they are incredibly kind and compassionate they are the best!

I unfortunately had to take my guy there to be put down. When I learned the news David and Dr. Daniel were so kind. I will never forget your kindness that day. I apologize I forgot the front desk ladies name in the cat side. But both were so kind. My heart is not ready for anymore animals. But I recommend this place. Their kindness showed that day. I always have a great at Chateau Dog and Cat hospital. When I recently had an issue with one of my cats they were able to see him the same day and gave me clear options and explained each option fully and then allowed me to select the best option for my cat! Thank you all for taking care of my families pets!

I would not trust my dog to anybody, but these people they always treat her with love and kindness, and always take care of any pet that I have so please be a friend to your dog and take him to the CHATEAU dog and cat hospital, and thank you again for taking such good care of my brownie.
