They were so awesome! We came in unexpectedly not thinking we were gonna have to go to the vet. Our dog got into a fight she got very badly injured and they took AMAZING care of Winnie. They kept us updated and we were able to text the vet and stay in contact directly with the veterinary clinic. My dog loves going there. I have a GSD and he hates vets but he enjoys going there and our other dog Winnie was able to get that same experience. And they gave her all the loving and necessary care she needed. I would 1000% recommend coming here. And they try to work with you when it comes to pricing.
Made a call in trying to establish a veterinarian for my newly rehome cat. Was able to be seen the same day & from start to finish all the staff that I interacted with was super attentive & thorough in making me feel at ease. Thanks to Tara, Tyler, and DVM Fraser for the treatment & care for my cat
Dr. Marchal is very informative, knowledgable and pleasure to talk to. I found the whole staff to be helpful and friendly as well. Thank you all for such complete and friendly care for our pup!
My dog Andi goes there for acupuncture. She is treated by Dr. Gamble who does an incredible job taking care of her. Love her knowledge on Andi's treatment and how she explains it! Cody takes excellent care of Andi doing the treatment! She and Cody have great Dr-patient skills. You can tell they really care about Andi.

Thank you so much for your kind words about Dr. Gamble and Kody. We are so happy to hear that Andi has been doing well with her acupuncture treatments and that you have had such a positive experience with our team.
Our team cares about their patients, and it means so much to hear that their compassion, knowledge, and care shine through during Andi’s visits. Thank you for trusting us with her care and for being part of the Chateau Vet family. ❤️
Willie had an amazing experience here! We recently moved from Texas to Louisiana, and Willie has a lot of anxiety, especially at the vet. The entire staff did such an incredible job making him feel comfortable and reducing his stress as much as possible. The nurses were wonderful, and Dr. Fraser was absolutely amazing with him.
Everyone was so friendly, patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. If I could rate them 1000/10, I would! I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy veterinary team. We are so grateful for how well they took care of Willie!

My elderly cats received the best care treating short term issues but thinking about their long term needs. Both the staff and the vets are so thoughtful, caring and take great care and time to explain every option and step in the process. I highly recommend any of the vets at Chateau for the best care!
