Excellent! Came right on time & went to work. Didn't take a long time, knew what they were doing and did It. Very professional & you don't find that anymore but they knocked it out the park. So much more personal than the other chain stores. I will use this company again & won't think twice about it!! 100% YES!
I call Friday morning and Travis came to my house at 2:30pm. He diagnosed our issue, needed a new water heater, and gave us quotes for three different solutions. He scheduled us for Saturday morning to install our new tank. He was on time, charges matched his quote, and he is very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He didn’t try to upsell us and let us decide, and was honest with the pros and cons of different models. Great experience!
I am a Senior and my 20 yr old 50gal electric water heater went out. I choose to contact your company because you are family owned. I called on a Saturday morning and actually got to talk to someone instead of a recording or told by A. I. to enter everything on line for a repair or installation cost. He was the kindest man and told me someone would be out to my house in about 35 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! They were right on time. Showed me that my unit could not be repaired, gave me the replacement cost, discussed the warranty with me and in about 35 more minutes had it installed! They have a big truck and have heaters on hand. I have never before had such great people and great product and Customer Service! I highly recommend Chattanooga Water Heater. They are a 10+++
My water heater busted while I was drinking my coffee. They came out within 4 hours and had it replaced in an hour. Reasonably priced and friendly employees.
What a wonderful company. Called, spoke to nice gentleman, he was out same day, fixed tankless Rinnai while I was out of town and wife and kids were home. Wife said he was extremely kind, professional, and efficient. We'll be back !
Arrived within 45 minutes of my call!! Very professional and courteous!! Removed the old and installed the new water heater in less than two hours! Cleaned up and disposed of my old water heater!! Very pleased!!

This company is A-1 in my book. I called around 2:30 in afternoon and they were able come out later in that evening. They explained and showed us the condition of our old one. They also went over the pros and cons of different water heaters on the market. They took our old water heater out and installed the new one and finished the job amazingly in hardly an hour. Cleaned up the area and also took the old water heater with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed .

We reached out to them after reading their stellar reviews. They showed up the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and were able to go ahead replace the water heater while they were there. Their communication was prompt, and they replaced the water heater in less than an hour. It’s rare to find a high level of service and professionalism these days, but they are truly top notch.
