Customers frequently praise the craftsmanship of custom gates, doors, and railings, noting fair pricing and professional installation. However, recurring complaints involve missed appointments, delayed estimates, and poor phone responsiveness, with some reviewers citing unreturned calls or last-minute cancellations. While many highlight the quality of the wrought iron work, a portion of the feedback indicates inconsistent communication and scheduling reliability.

I have had several gates installed in 2 different homes over the years. Their quality and craftsmanship has always been top notch. But within the last year l've had one gate that won't close properly. I've called and left messages several times because no one ever seems to answer the phone. No response from them ever. Very disappointing. 🫤
Thank you, Chavez Wrought Iron, for transforming my entrance! My beautiful door with its rain glass panel that opens to let in natural light and those wonderful cross breezes has truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and result.
Great communication, punctual, and got my new screen up a month ahead of schedule! Very happy with the design and the quality of work. Good price as well!
Very nice work worth the wait
The Chaves did an incredible job designing and installing two large driveway gates and two new pool gates. All our gates function smoothly and quietly. The Chaves and their crew are punctual, professional, friendly, easy to work with, and are incredible craftsmen! We love our new gates Rich & Cha Cha
An all around excellent experience! The owners are wonderful people who are fair and easy to work with. Quality of the work is outstanding. I would not hesitate hiring their team again for any future wrought iron needs!
Outstanding! Chavez just completed all weather French doors (glass, security screen, and wrought iron) for us. Custom designed - gorgeous and practical. Every aspect of the design, build, and installation was excellent. Chavez has now completed all exterior doors, gates, and railings for our historic property. They are a pleasure to work with!
Chavez Wrought Iron did a wonderful job of removing the iron bars and doors from our home for painting and re-screening of the doors. This is a family run business that is dedicated to perfection and a joy to work with. From my first meeting with Adrian it was very clear that he is very knowledgeable about wrought iron. The estimate given was very fair. The removal and re-installation went very smoothly. Our wrought iron was in very bad condition and now it looks wonderful... I have even had people ask if we had new ironwork installed! I would not hesitate to use Chavez again and highly recommend them for anything to do with wrought iron.
I highly recommend Chavez Wrought Iron for a high quality custom storm door. I love my new door, they did an outstanding job, great craftsmanship and attention to detail
We recently had a courtyard gate fabricated by Chavez Iron. Adrian helped throughout the entire process by listening to our requests, giving advice and over seeing the project. The gates have exceded our expectations in terms of aesthetics and quality of construction. We highly recommend this local, family run business.
